Jen Nogalski advises business owners, executives and investors in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other business transactions. She has worked with businesses in a variety of industries, including software, biotechnology, professional services, hospitality, energy and real estate.
Prior to joining DMC in 2016, Jen was a corporate attorney with the Naples, Florida office of a large national law firm and an Austin boutique business law firm. Jen is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
