Cassidy represents clients in all corporate transactional practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, entity formation, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining DMC, Cassidy was a capital markets attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she worked on complex securities offerings by public companies. Cassidy is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
In her free time, Cassidy enjoys horse-back riding, swimming, and making pizza.
