Lisette represents clients in various corporate transactional practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, entity formation and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining DMC, Lisette was a corporate attorney in the Houston office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld. Lisette is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. She has a passion for client advocacy and believes in the importance of fostering relationships to develop a thorough understanding of each client’s individual needs.
When Lisette is not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, Nala, and volunteering. She is currently trying to cultivate her cooking skills.
